Wyse T10 and Azure RDS

We have a bunch of T10 and 3040 using Citrix Xendesktop. We are moving away from Citrix to Cloud and would like to use Azure RDS to publish O365. 

Will this work? The T10 are at least 6 years old, will the drivers/hardware support it?

Do I need anything special?
