Wyse Invalid Argument Error

I have a user who is out of country using a Wyse D0xD model thin client with ThinOS. He has a dedicated internet line via his resort that he is staying at. After the log on screen he receives the invalid argument message and can't log in. Even after multiple attempts he still gets this error message. What is causing this and how can it be corrected?
