Wyse cx0 boot problem

not to long ago I got a new Wyse cx0 c10le just to mess around and I have been having problems just trying to get it to boot. What happens whens I try to boot it beeps an error code it's 1-3-3-1 and it stays on an amber light I tried to look it up and no dice. If you guys could help I would be very thankful
