Wyse 5070 does not read in USB webcam and compatibility issues with Teams phone.

Hello, I am using a Dell Wyse 5070 thin client that is running on a Microsoft Server 2019. I am trying to connect a AVerMedia webcam via USB, but it is not being read in properly. Not sure if this could be due to the configuration. We are also using an RDP connection protocol. I am also trying to use a Microsoft teams phone and it works when plugged in via USB but not all the functions are working so I believe this must be either a connection issue or configuration issue.
