Wyse 5070 disconnections when video playing

We have Wyse 5070 ThinOS (9.1.5067) clients connecting to Windows RDP session with a Hyper-V Virtual Desktop Infrastructure.  If anything is streamed from a YouTube video to a virtual call (Zoom, Webex, etc), the thin clients connection will randomly disconnect.  Upon reconnection, the session is still ongoing.  For example, I was in a remote assistance session and after a disconnect/reconnect event, the remote assistance session was still connected.  

I've also had instances of trying to connect to a remote assistance session and it freezing the connection with the only way to recover being a restart of the thin client.  

It's my understanding that the Wyse 5070 CPU should be robust enough for this type of use.  Any suggestions on what I can do to fix?
