Wyse 5070 disconnect from RDP session.

The moment you think you can move ThinOS 9 to production the moment a new glitch surfaces....

Just after upgrade to ThinOS 9 (2306) , the (first) user is frequently and abruptly disconnected from his RDP session. The server logs says "Session X has been disconnected, reason code 2147500036"

The weird part is that we've been having half a dozen ThinOS 9 in production for months, but connecting to W10s. This is the first one connecting to W2022 RDSH. I then tried to connect to W10 and then cascade a Remote Desktop to W2022 but deconnexion occurs at the same rate. Tried ThinOS 2303 w/o effect.

I had to downgrade to ThinOS 8... Again.

That is disheartening.  With the release of 2308 (8/31) please test with that build and the latest AVD package.  If you still experience this, open a case and work with support to provide logs to engineering.

Tested w/ 2308 and latest accompanying packages. The problem persists.

(This is **maybe** triggered by usage of the Citrix receiver inside the VM.)

I know this thread is a little old, but did you ever find a resolution?  We are experiencing the same reason code on W2022 RSDH.

Hey sitrucbas, I'm hoping maybe you found out what was causing this and how to resolve it because we're dealing with a very similar issue.

Hi,

That was the combination of Citrix receiver (that we use to connect to external services. We're using AVD between the Wyse client and our Windows servers) and some ThinOS releases. The problem disappeared, then reappeared...

The problem is not present with the 2508 release.
