Wyse 5040 AIO (5213)

Trying to apply the latest ThinOS PCoIP to our machines and it only applies it to maybe 10 devices out of 70. They're currently on 8.5_017 and trying to update to 8.6_511.

Any ideas on why only a select few machines receive the update from CCM? I've even tried several different versions above 8.5_017 and can't get it to work. Don't see any errors in the event logs or issuing commands from CCM.

What is the best way to contact Dell support because the only option is the telephone and I can never get a successful transfer for Wyse CCM support?
