Wyse 3040 - problem with sound
Hi Everyone!
I have a problem with sound on device Wyse3040. I've set all of settings this wyse, installed external sound's card, tried to plugin external speaker and it isn't working. It is quiet.
What's be a reason?

Which operating system version ? 8.X, 9.X
Wich connection type rdp ? blast ? citrix ?

We have had the sound output on our clients suddenly getting muted in the client settings a few times. Have you checked the sound settings on the client where you select output so the muted button isn't checked?

Yes, I checked this and there wasn't mute.

hi,
You need to activate recording on your client when you use rdp (ex : gpo).
have you do it ?
