WMS 2.1 Netscaler Authentication
We use our Thin OS 5070 to connect to a NetScaler. The NetScaler is configured to accept a RSA token first and then pass the authentication to LDAP. In previous versions (ThinOs 8.6 and before )there was an option to select RSA+LDAP. However in ThinOS v9, this option is missing. They only have LDAP+RSA (which doesn't work with our Netscaler). RSA+LDAP and LDAP+RSA are not the same. How can we set up Version 9 to pass the RSA tokens first and then LDAP authentication? On the logon screen the place to put the RSA token is not available.

@Tarchivem Did you ever get this figured out?
We are currently having, I think, the same issue. I enter the user ID, password, and RSA token. I get a pop up that says INFO: Waiting for token to change, then enter the new tokencode: Once I wait for new code, or enter current code again as directed, I get the following "incorrect credentials. Try again.
I'm wondering if the order WMS is allowing for two factor authentication is our issue as well.
8.6 for us is RSA+LDAP.
9.x doesn't give us that option from what I can tell.
