WLAN UP, DOWN, and SCAN Greyed out

Hello, 

I have a 5470 running 8.6.204

I have wireless enabled, and i can add SSID and change properties.  But I can't SCAN or press UP and DOWN.  All three buttons are greyed out.  There are no SSIDs shown automatically, I have to add it.  After I add it, there is a pop up on the bottom right of the screen that says "Wireless connecting to XXXXXX".

However, the Systems Information WLAN tab shows all zeroes and N/A for everything.  Wireless Speed shows "No Link".  

No error popups, it just sits there not connected.  I can press Fn+PrtScr to toggle wifi on and off and I see the popups in the bottom right confirming this. 

It is as if I go through all these steps, and then it says, "Cool, cool sounds good"... and never connects.

I have the IPconfig setup exactly like the ENET settings.  I can plug in wired and it will work.  I unplug wired and the wireless doesn't do anything.

Any ideas?
