Webcam on Wyse 3040 WMS
Hello,
I have a park of wyse 3040.
I need to install a webcam for Teams on the VM.
The wyse detect the webcam and the preview work.
On the Windows 7 VM, the driver is installed correctly, is see the webcam name on the selection.
The webcam led light up.
But when i test the webcam on Teams or the Webcam test website, i have a black screen.

Hello,
You dont mention what OS you have on the 3040, or what broker you are connecting to, so I will assume ThinOS and Citrix.
ThinOS will support audio and video redirection with Citrix with ThinOS9 MR1, and CWA2006, which are due to be released soon.
When that gets released you will need to pay attention to the release notes to determine if the 3040 will be supported for audio and video.
You will also want to look at the Citrix requirements, I do not believe Windows 7 as a VDA is supported

I have a somewhat similar question. Using Horizon with 3040, ThinOS.
Webcam works, but if I restart/shutdown the 3040, the webcam doesn't work. I have to unplug and re-plug for it to work.
Any ideas?
