User only has one connection available so auto launch - default in 8.x , does not in 9.x

Currently the 8.x firmware , if a user , once logged in, only has access to a single Citrix published desktop, that desktop is launched since its the only option they have.  this is the default i believe, its not something that needs a setting to be applied.

In 9.x firmware we are seeing this not be the case. Even if user only has one desktop option, they have to click  to launch it. Any one seen a fix to return to the other behavior for ThinOS 9.x? Have ticket open with Dell but have not found solution. Using the Automatically Connect to Sessions policy is not the same since it would have to be set for all our different desktop groups vs the old just worked dynamically off what the user had access to. I have tested several various 9x versions right up to 9.1.4234 and all seem to show this behavior.

Hi gspiva - have you had any response update regarding your logged ticket? have run in to the same issue since upgrading to ThinOS 9 - issue is both with single and multiple sessions running the sessions do not jump across as they do in ThinOS 8.6.  With multiple sessions running it leave the user in a logged on state on the initial device until the click to pull that second session across.

Be very interested toi know when you get a response/ fix from Dell.

The information i have received after quite a few back and forth emails is that was a custom coded feature in the older  8.x firmware and is not available in 9x. So i guess they had set up the Citrix client  in 8x re so that IF , the person after logging in, and the broker see what sessions they had access to , if only one, then that Citrix resource was launched. The information i received , 9x will not have that feature.
