USB redirection on dell wyse 3030 LT

Hi . 

I have a Wyse 3030LT and the USB redirection for an ELO screen does not works. I can see it on the wyse terminal, 

How ever the port redirection does not work, I have installed view agent usb and com. Replication and I can not see it on the VDI.  Any Idea how to get this to work. 

ANy idea will be apreciate it.
