Unable to Factory Reset ThinOS 9.1.1131
Hi,guys thanks for time and help i have a issue
Dell Wyse 3040
Firmware ThinOS 9.1.1131
i want to do a factory reset but the check box on restart menu is checkbox grayed out and the wyse is not longger and the equipment no longer has communication with the administration server, I am trying to use a usb memory to do a re-installation but it does not want to boot, what other methods can I use for factory reset

Hi
First, you need to get admin menu by right click on desktop and select "administrator mode".
Then, you must enter admin user and password.
After that, if you try to reset your thin client, factory reset check is available.
