Turn on system information for non admin?
I feel like this has changed recently
In the old 8.6 devices, you can click on system information even if you’re not in admin mode. This is handy as we can get users to check bios / OS version / Terminal name etc without having to visit / remote in.
I’m pretty sure that the 9.x ones I’ve been playing with were letting me do this as well, but (possibly after I upgraded them to 6108), now it’s not. The option is greyed out and you have to go into admin mode to be able to click on system info.
I can’t find a setting for this. Security, account privilege, privilege level - custom lets me activate the various settings menus, but not the system info menu.
Is there a way of turning this on?

You will need to upgrade your WMS server 3.6 if you haven't already done so and then download and apply the latest Configuration UI Package. There were a couple of settings in ThinOS 9.1.6 that were not configurable via WMS policies until I did this. Once that is done you should see the System Information setting under Privacy and Security, Account Privilege, Privilege Level, Custom.
