ThinOS10 2511 issue with Display settings not holding
With ThinOS10 2511 being released along with Citrix and Zoom universal Plug, we upgraded our Optiplex 3000 but found that the display settings are not holding. Wondering if anyone has seen this issue.
dual monitors keeps reseting on boot as Display 1 (left) Display 2 (Right)
If you try to reverse it and save it, the reboot sets it back to above.

I am not able to reproduce this.
Please open a support case so engineering can get some logs.

@DELL-Scott H Thanks. Support case has already been opened and have tried a couple of policy changes but still no luck. We have a number of Optiplex 3000 with this issue

We have the exact same issue with all our ThinOS10 Optiplex 3000's since upgrading to 2511.
Roll back to 2508 and there is no issue.
We have raised a support case, no resolution so far.

I'm having the same problem with my Optiplex 3000. Since updating to version 2511, the display settings have been resetting every time I restart.

@edv_mhl We have tested a democode which resolves the issue. Hopefully released in the coming weeks.

There's a new firmware available now, 2511_10.0380. There's no mentioning that this problem is solved in this release. Anyone knows if this is supposed to fix the issue or if there will come a new release later?

@B3arPaw Yes new firmware 2511_10.0.0380 resolves the issue, we have installed it on a few devices. Release notes https://www.dell.com/support/manuals/en-in/optiplex-3000-thin-client/thinos_10.x_rn/fixed-issues?guid=guid-93d3a717-c298-4305-84ed-05b4dbd52ac4&lang=en-us
