ThinOS 9.x VNC password validation broken
Hi all. I am creating a brand new policy on our Dell WMS server to manage our thin clients (Dell Wyse 3040's) and everything going ok so far. However when I try to enable VNC, I cannot set a valid password it seems. I have tried multiple attempts with ridiculous complexity in order to get the password validation to accept it, but it just wont let me save the policy/config.
Has anyone else had the same issue with this section of the policy editor? Is there a way I can get to the config files on the back end and manually set this?
Dell WMS v3.8 running on Windows Server 2022
Clients: Dell Wyse 3040
The password complexity requirements are >8 characters, at least 1 uppercase/1 lowercase and a number. I have tried all kinds of passwords which all meet and exceed these requirements, but it will not clear the validation check and I cannot save the policy.
For now I've had to disable VNC as I cant see a way past this

Well that's silly - it needs to be EXACTLY 8 characters. Fixed, but I hate password validators when setting up servers and policies like this.
