ThinOS 9.1 Citrix Virtual Apps duplicated windows

I've got some users running the latest ThinOS on Wyse 3040 Clients running Citrix Virtual Apps. My users complain that applications will randomly duplicated in sort of a weird layered view: 

Seems to happen most with Outlook and FoxIT Phantom applications, but I suspect it happens to any application. 

Anyone have any ideas on this?
