ThinOS 8.6 and RFIdeas HDW-IMP-NV60 Nano Reader
We recently purchased a couple of Dell Wyse 5470 Mobile Thin Clients running ThinOS 8.6. We are unable to get the RFIdeas HDW-IMP-NV60 nano reader working.
Upon tapping in with an HID card, Imprivata ProveID prompts to register an already registered card.
When I plug in a KSI keyboard into the thin client, tapping in/out works perfectly fine and I'm not prompted to register an already registered card.
I plugged the nano reader into a 5470 AIO and the symptoms are the same. Imprivata ProveID prompts to register an already registered card.
This leads me to believe a ThinOS 8.6 compatibility issue and not a Wyse hardware compatibility issue.
I have support request open with Imprivata. I'll be reaching out to both Dell and RFIdeas support as well.
I was just curious is anyone else has run into this issue.

After testing and confirming with Imprivata support, the NV60 first needs to be plugged into a Windows machine with the Imprivata Agent installed so that the agent can program the device. Once that's done, the device can be used on a thin client without any issues.
