ThinOS 2208 (9.3.2102) and Microsoft_AVD_1.8.1819 - Gateway Transport Failure
Hi,
Currently testing this new release :
ThinOS 2208 (9.3.2102) and Microsoft_AVD_1.8.1819
Got a "Gateway Transport Failure" error on my RDP shortcut and wont connect as soon i double-click on my icons
Not explanation in the logs
With previous combo : ThinOS 2205 (9.3.1129) and Microsoft_AVD_1.7.1540
no issue, all works flawless and RDP connections works
any clues ?

I'm Facing the same issue, but at second try it works, other thing is my Background session becomes black when i close aplications and session stucks on the server, other workaroud for the first problem is using Modern mode instead Classic mode then open aplications on VDI MENU.

They asked me for logs because i have a open ticket....wonder what they will find as the Wyse event viewer dont show anything....

they asked me which Broker i use (Windows Server 2019), if i have a 2FA (no in this case)

Hi ,
I am getting the same issue with the latest version 2208 and AVD 1.8, it says Gateway transport failure as soon as i click on my RDP shortcut, currently using windows server 2016 broker. Any thought?

They asked couple question, but they seems clueless for now...
I weird that it us who have to "beta test" those things and not them !

They asked to tried with the modern UI (i dont see the relation) but anyway...failure !

I am also having the same error message and use WMS on premise, i get Gateway Transport Failure when i click on my RDP shortcut.
Thanks to provide a fix. Just to let you know my RDS and RD Broker are running on windows server 2016

Maybe this is caused by Certificate autority check, Try to Disabe "TLS CHECK CN" In Settings> Admin Policy Tool> Click Advanced TAB > Privacy & Security> Security Policy. This OS versions looks like a BETA than final version.

How about toggle off 'Use RD Gateway', which is in Session Properties-Logon tab, bypass gateway?

Use of RD Gateway is required in our setup, if i do that no one will be able to connect
REMEMBER ALL :
previous combo : ThinOS 2205 (9.3.1129) and Microsoft_AVD_1.7.1540 all is working good

Could you set the combo to ThinOS 2205 (9.3.1129) and Microsoft_AVD_1.8.1819?
set Admin Policy Tool -> Services -> TroubleShooting Settings -> Event Log Level -> Verbose.
connect session and capture logs.
Our env could not reproduce the issue.
