ThinOS 10 - Using a web browser on the Thin Client while having an active default Broker is not working

I'm not sure if this is even a bug or just not functionality that is expected.

We would like to be able to have users have a web browser on the ThinOS environment as a backup if they are not able to login to the Broker.

In our case we have Amazon WorkSpaces as the default browser and we have pushed the Chrome web browser packager to the Thin Clients as well.  When we have the default Broker policy set we do not see the VDI menu items for the Chrome browser to launch it.  When we set the default Broker to none we can see the Chrome browser item in the VDI menu and launch it, but then have no way to launch the AWS client login.

Is there any way to make these both work concurrently or is this just not possible?

Currently You can show the Browser shortcuts "after" logging into a broker, but not before if a broker is defined.

In this case you would want it before broker login, in case broker login fails.

That enhancement has been requested and engineering is actively working onit.

@DELL-Scott H Thank you for the prompt response, I never even bothered to login to the broker to test as I just saw the Chrome and shortcuts missing in the VDI menu, but that makes a lot of sense.

Hopefully this enhancement can be added as we would most definitely welcome it!
