Thin OS Too Rapid Logon Attempts

Hi

We are using Thin OS 8.6.710 with dell 3040 thin clients. When Our users or one user try too rapid  Logon Attempts after disconnecting by pressing F12 Dell Thin OS displays the error " the display protocol for this desktop is currently busy processing a request " and after clicking ok button TC hangs the only solution is to reboot the tc or manually logoff the user from power button icon which is placed on the bottom left on the screen. but if the user waits a bit between logon attempts  everything is fine with no error .

So as a solution i tried  setting  Visual Experience > Sign-off counter (8.6+) value to 6 - 10 secs previously it was 2 secs it is not seams to be solving the problem.

İn short words; is there a way to delay the time that logon dialog reapers after F12 disconnect
