Thin Clients disconnect to RDS spontaneous

Hello.

We have an environment of approx 100 units going from 3010, 5010 to 3040 and 5070 models.

Out of the 100 about 70 units are on WMS and have been running ok. After update from WMS 1.4 to 3.3.1 then later to 3.6 we are experiencing all units disconnecting its self from RDS randomly some after 10-15 min others going for hours then disconnecting. The RDS environment haven't been updated or changed. (older units dont have the problem when not on WMS)

All units are running the same Policy managed from WMS. The log on the unit just says Disconnecting with no reason.

Any got any good ideas?

The policy that have been set is as follows. (Have removed sensitive info)

We're on ThinOS 8 / RDP.  We started to have similar problems when Zoom came into the picture...

I couldn't find *any* clue. Nothing in the Windows logs except that all people, even those who were not using Zoom were abruptly disconnected from the RDSH server.

This is gone for now and I don't exactly know why..

The RDP session disconnection "reason" number, as found in the Windows logs had no reference anywhere. Was a multiple digits number instead of the usual single digit.

One thing I did in the course was disabling AVC444 (Windows GPO) because it is causing ThinOS 9 green screen of death. (we're still testing ThinOS 9, which has a number of shortcomings as regards RDP....)

I'd advice to limit color depth limited to 16 bits also. But that has always been like that in our case.

We are having the exact same issue. I have checked all logs and nothing is sticking out on this. any help or direction would be appreciated we do have zoom on the RDS servers but this seemed to stem after upgrading to WMS 3.5
