Real Time Audio Video (RTAV) with VMware Horizon VDI desktop

I have been trying to test RTAV functionality in my environment. I have 8.6._013 and the RTAV package installed on devices in my test collection.

From the article linked below it seems that there isn't any special setup needed, yet every attempt leaves me with just a black screen displaying on the remote desktop.

I have disabled USB pass through via group policy and the Horizon logs indicate the the redirection channel is being established. I've tried both Blast and PCoIP protocols without different results.

Has anyone been able to make this work?
