Random thinos clients will not communicate with us1.wysemanagementsuite.com

Random thinos clients will not communicate with us1.wysemanagementsuite.com in our environment.  These have been wired, wireless, in the office, remote offices, etc.  Directly on the thinos devices we can use the ping utility to ping other sites, but us1.wysemanagementsuite.com fails.  We've also tried new BIOS and thinos versions.  This is happening to us on version 8.6.x and 9.x both.
