Random Clients Audio disables with latest BIOS and ThinOS update

We updated our Thin Clients Wyze 5070 and 3000 to the latest BIOS, ThinOS, Citrix and Zoom.

Below are the version running:

bios-Op3000TC_1.24.0.pkg-V1.24.0

bios-5070_1.34.0.pkg-V1.34.0

ThinOS_2502_9.6.1080.pkg-V9.6.1080

Citrix_Workspace_App_24.11.0.85.113.pkg-V24.11.0.85.113

Zoom_Universal_6.2.10.25600.2.pkg-V6.2.10.25600.2

ISSUE:

Upon the updates,  a random section of the thin clients audio went disabled. This is shown upon the ThinOS boot and can’t be enabled. (X where the speaker is) The issue is random but does seem to effect quite a number of machines that we required to roll those devices back. What is more interesting is tested five thin clients that were showing the audio disabled and moved it to my desk, which is on the other side of the floor and the audio works, but when I move those devices back to the other locations the audio disables. I did this twice for verification in both locations.

The device are all on the same segment but possible different switches. When I revert back to older updates the audio comes back.

@DELL-Scott H Out Thin Clients react different then the norm from what I am told by Dell. Where the speaker is, it was showing the "X" when no speakers were detected. This had never shown like that before. Our speakers icon always showed active even though no speakers were enabled or active.

We found that once a speaker device is plugged in the sounds goes active, NO "X"
