Problems after Upgrade to ThinOS 9
Hi @all
i have tested to today the upgrade from one of out 3040 modells.
the upgrade was successful but now i have the issue that i cant login.
when i put in username and password i get the error message that the brokertyp or URL is wrong.
i think i have checked every possible setting in the wms.
Any ideas whats the problem?

Do you have a separate ThinOS9 policy for the device? ThinOS 9 does not read the 8.x policies and needs a new one.
Have you pushed the CWA package to the device after the upgrade? The Citrix client is no longer part of the base OS package.
Have you uploaded the certificate chain to the device in your policy?
Have you verified all the broker settings in the ThinOS9 policy?
What shows in the event log?

Hello
i have tested an sperated OS policy for 9 but maybe forget some necessary parts.
Citrix package is deployed to the device.
The rest i will check again

I am able to connect to our citrix servers.
