Problem with Mic and Webcam during videocall
Hi,
we have a problem on our Wyse thinclients.
When we're trying to make video Call, headset's microphone works only if the webcam is turned off.
When I turn on the webcam, the mic stop working.
There is some configuration that I need to do and I miss?

What application are you trying to make the video call in?
Also you need to say what your OS version is, what your VDI environment is, whether or not you're using Teams or Skype Optimization etc. You've not given us a lot to go on!

Hi,
I'm sorry.
We're using Microsoft Teams.
The OS used is Windows Server 2012.
The Thin Client are configured with Dell Wyse Device Manager, they connect to the VDI via RDP.
