PORT COM ON REMOTE SESSION WIndows

Hi, 

I have a remote session to windows server on my dell wyze but i dont understand how to run com port on my windows remote session. 

I have a usb on port com 3 but no present on my windows remote session
I tried to redirection port but not working.. 

If you have a solution thank to share me please.
