Outlook display issues Wyse 3010

I have a weird issue that is happening on Wyse t10 3010 thin clients. We are running Citrix XenApp 1808 and when they get a reminder in Outlook 2013 and try minimizing the reminder a black box appears where the reminder was and it can't be closed unless you right click on the reminder in the task pane and hit close.
