Num Lock key reversed in ThinOS 10 2508

We have just started deploying ThinOS 10 devices and have noticed that if the device is configured in the WMS policy to boot with the Num Lock On, the functionality of the key is reversed.  When the Num Lock light is illuminated Num Lock functionality is off and when the light is off Num Lock functionality is on.  The odd part is when the Caps Lock key is pressed, the Num Lock begins working as expected.  Seems like an odd bug similar to the many bugs we saw with the earlier releases of ThinOS 9.  Can anyone confirm?
