Mouse pointer error when using Dell WMS with Thin Client Optiplex 3000

I use DellWMS to manage ThinClient Optiplex 3000. I encountered an error that the mouse pointer did not change shape according to the usage environment. It is always in a certain shape.

You can see in the video. It appears a plus sign like using excel everywhere, Even in outlook.

when I no longer use Dell WMS on Optiplex 3000. Then everything returns to normal.

I use RDP with Windows Server 2008 R2. Tested on Thin OS 9.1 9.3 9.4.

Is there any way to fix it?
