Management Suite Device Tab Toolbar is gone

Hi Together, 

some days ago i noticed, that without a change, the toolbar where you can sort etc., is missing in WMS 3.7

I thought of a bug and upgraded to 3.8 WMS, but the issue is still there.

It looks now like this:

 

Am i doing something wrong?
