LLDP in ThinOS 10

Hi,

We are migrating over to ThinOS 10 but we have an issue that needs to be resolved.

We need LLDP to be activated to be able to profile our thin clients. In ThinOS 9 LLDP was activated by default but in ThinOS 10 (25_11_10.0320) it is not and we can not find any way to activate the protocol.

Does anyone know how to activate LLDP in ThinOS 10? Thanks in advance!

I have not been able to find that this is supported in T10.  Please open a support case and reference that it is present in T9, but not T10.

Curious, how does it work, what does it provide to you?

LLDP is a protocol that network devices use to provide information about themselves to switches and other networking equipment.

We use the LLDP protocol to feed information to Cisco ISE about the thin client and using that information, steering it into the correct VLAN.
