Jabra Xpress Integration (ThinOS 9.1.x)

Hello together

With ThinOS 9.1 the Jabra Xpress Packet was released by Dell. We have been trying to get this to work for a few weeks now. Unfortunately without success so far. Neither the Jabra Direct Update (JDU) nor the Audio Device Dashboard (ADD). We have created the configuration file and also loaded it into the WMS.
Does anyone have an idea what this could be?

Following is an excerpt of the log file: \tmp\jdu_log\addInfoReader.log

Hi, Did you ever find a Solution for this? We have the same issue.

Unfortunately no. Even the latest Jabra package (v 8.5.1) did not bring any improvement. I have now made another attempt and try again with Dell support and Dell developers. It seems to work in their test lab.

Maybe it is a regional problem (Switzerland / German)?

Correction: We have been in contact with Jabra support and the Jabra developers.
