Issue with the detection of the microphone and webcam through the PCoIP session.
Hello, we have an issue with the detection of the microphone and webcam through the PCoIP session.
We acquired the Optiplex 3000 Thin Clients as a new solution to replace the Wyse P25 Thin Clients, and we are now connecting the Optiplex 3000 Thin Client (with the latest version of ThinOS, the PCoIP package, and PCoIP Host Software) to a 7910 Workstation with Windows 10 that has the PCoIP Host Software installed.
I have performed local tests with both 3.5mm jack and USB devices, including webcams and headphones, on the device with ThinOS, and they seem to work fine. However, when the PCoIP session starts, the destination (7910) device only play sound and does not detect the microphone or the webcam.
We have reviewed manuals and support responses, but they seem limited as they do not provide clear information on the issue or additional troubleshooting steps, and there appear to be no records related to the problem.
Additionally, I should mention that the devices were initially acquired with Windows 10 IoT, but since they do not work natively with the PCoIP protocol, we obtained ThinOS and WMS licenses to convert them.
Any hint?
