Error: package not installed
- Hardware: Wyse 5470 Mobile
- OS: Thin OS9.1.4234
- VMWare Horizon Package version: 2106.8.3.0
The problem:
I'm trying to do a thin-client PoC, and when I try to connect to my VDI, I'm getting a very generic error of "Package not installed"
Where do I proceed from here?

I am also seeing this on a Wyse 5470 with ThinOS 9.1.5067 with Horizon Package 2106.8.3.0 (latest)
Horizon PoC has worked perfectly for me in the past when I upgraded machines that shipped with 8.6 to 9.1.4234 by using a USB created with the USB Imaging Tool.
However, the 5470 that is giving me trouble shipped with 9.1.2101 and the USB flash drive won't even boot for some reason, even after changing the BIOS settings. It immediately says "retry boot".
If you find a solution for this, I'd be curious to know what it is.

I opened a support ticket with Dell, and they could not figure out why the package says it was loaded, but wouldn't load. They had me disable secure boot, enable usb boot, and reload the operating system on the Wyse 5470 using the Dell Wyse USB Imaging Tool, which worked for me.
