Error 2000.0141 Can't find disk, but there isn't one...

So long story short, was upgrading to later version of DTOS and it hung up for 2 hours. Rebooted the device and now I get a message that it can't find the disk.

I have since used the USB Imaging Tool to build a usb drive and manually install the firmware and I can boot up to the boot menu, select the usb and enter the admin password and then the next screen comes up to press F1 to retry boot, F2 to reboot in to setup, F3 to run diagnostics.

I did notice that the DTOS boot option in the bios points to a path.

FIle System List:

HD(1.GPT,FF4C2B13-9844-11EB-A708-2CEA7F1ED725)

Filename:

\EFI\DTOSBoot\bootx64.efi

It appears to be looking for a drive.

Any help is appreciated.
