Enquiry for using usb drive safely in ThinOS with MS windows backend

Hello all,

My organisation currently is using Dell OptiPlex 3000 Thin Client(ThinOS 9.3) as frontend client and our backend server is windows 2019 server. I am able to configure USB drive redirection using map disk option (RDP) and the Usb drive is appeared as remote disk (\\tsclient\remote-disk-1) in windows explorer successfully. However, I would like to know if there is any proper procedure if user want to remove usb drive from thin client. Currently, user will just unplug usb drive as there is no software option to disable & eject usb drive safely. I have one user complain that data is his usb drive was after using it in thin client.

Any suggestion for safely remove usb drive from thin client?
