Echo in Teams WYSE 5070, latest firmware, Horizon VDI

it's one problem after another....just when we thought we're ready for "production" - this!

Teams calls produce "perfect" echo for the other participants when i join from WYSE ThinOS client. Zoom Calls are fine and also, the same Teams call is fine when i connect to my VDI using Windows client. So as far as i can tell it's the ThinOS Horizon app that's at fault - not processing software noise cancellation....i have tried downgrading thinOS to 9.1.5 hoping it's a bg...but no, same result. 

Are ThinOS software issues covered by the standard support that comes with purchasing the WYSE 5070? Have anyone experienced anything similar?

Hello,

I am currently facing a similar issue in my environment with ThinOS devices running 9.1.6 & 8.4 VMware client.

Was anyone able to find a solution to this issue?
