Change desktop icons on desktop to single click - thinOS 9.x

I'm updating WMS and trying to copy the settings from 8.x to 9.x. Trying to make the new ones look as much like the old ones as possible.

The 8.x devices are all single click to load the desktop after you log in. Is there a setting for that in the 9.x?
