3010 Tx0s are getting Trap Data Abort errors--please insert a USB stick

After updating our 3010 Tx0s to 8.6_027, a couple of people received the Trap:  Data abort error...with a bunch of code...and then at the bottom it says insert a USB stick.  We have to push the power button to turn it off and restart the device.  Any ideas on what causes this/how to resolve this?  Thanks.

When you insert the USB drive a crash dump file will be copied to it.  Open a support ticket and provide support with the file for engineering analysis.

Are there any other devices plugged in other than the monitor, keyboard and mouse?

The reply went to the wrong post--the answer is no.  Nothing else plugged in besides monitor, keyboard and mouse.  I think the other reply is the answer--I'm supposed to stick a USB drive in so it can download info to help solve the problem--hopefully!  Thank you for responding, though.

Been there before, Dell normally would suggest to update to the latest firmware.  There is a new release for the T10 modeled thin clients.  It's 8.6_028
