Wyse Xenith 3 - Tx0D - 3020
We have 600 out of 1500 Wyse Tx0D systems that will not upgrade or downgrade their firmware, currently running 2.1_027. Also, these units lose their CCM configuration if they are shut down and started again - they return to the configuration screen. We have opened a ticket with Dell Support and sent in a problem unit. They were able to re-produce these issues and have no suggestions for a fix. Since we have 600 units we'd like a fix but Dell has nothing at this point. Has anyone had this issue with the Tx0D? If yes, were you able to fix it or did you have to RMA?

So I'm guessing you never got a response on here? it's about a year ago? I'm curious about your situation and if Dell did anything. I also have the same thin clients but only about 16 of them so not so bad. but you sound like you should be an expert with these things since you have 1500 of them!

You may want to consider upgrading to the latest firmware for your Zero Client to resolve your CCM (renamed Wyse Management Suite) issue. The current version as of today is 2.4_110.
