Wyse T10 - Bad File Number when connecting
Hello,
New to forum. I have many working thin clients, however, a few thin clients of the same model and firmware have issues connecting to my RDP farm.
The T10 pulls its config files from an FTP site, works fine.
A list of connections is presented to the user
The user clicks "Farm A"
Then the use types into the Wyse popup window their username and password, clicks ok
The info is sent to the RDP gateway for authentication like normal, however,
The user is kicked back to the wyse and the wyse presents this error:
"RDP [Farm A] Bad File Number"
I have tried turning off tcp chimney offloading and rss like some KB's have pointed to but that does not help after rebooting the RDP server.
Error on the terminal server is:
The terminal server security layer detected an error in the protocol stream and has disconnected the client. Client IP: 1.2.3.4
Now if I disable a wyse setting:
Global Connection Settings > Enable NLA
With the above disabled, the authentication happens at the server level (the wyse does not pass the user credentials) and the end user can log in fine. So my question is, is there another fix that I'm not aware about. Any help is appreciated.
