Wyse Management Suite Pro Test zu Standart konvertieren.
Hallo an alle,
Wir haben folgendes Problem.
Wenn wir für einen Kunden von der Pro Testverison die Lizenz für die Standart über Webseite registrieren möchten, kommt immer der Fehler " standartLicenseRespondeData is empty " obwohl alle Daten eingtragen wurden.
was kann ich jezt machen, da ich keine einstellungen mehr vornehmen kann.

Hello, I've also used the translator now.
It's very annoying that it can't be converted back, since thin clients are already configured. How can I save these settings now so I don't have to do all the work again? Furthermore, the trial version didn't mention that it couldn't be converted to the standard version afterwards. Only the standard version is required here, since only Dell thin clients with ThinOS 3000 and 5070 series are used.
A total of 4 thin clients, up to a maximum of 8.

the free version is very limited, and does not have support.
While there is a way to export your settings and import, that is not available in the free version.
My advice, Setup a net new free and mirror your policies. You can also print our your policies for reference if you like for setting up the new console.

the trial version has expired, and I can no longer access the
settings I made. We need this in a small environment.
There must be a way to access the settings.
I can't even reintegrate the thin clients because those settings are missing.
And I use software so I don't have to write down every setting. Unfortunately,
it wasn't announced in any way beforehand that there's
no way to revert to the default settings with the trial version.
How do I access the settings now? I can't really reset all the devices without the software.

2 options.
1) WMS Pro, On-premises should NOT lock you out of the console when your trial expires,
2) I can get you an extension of your trial if that gets you into your console if indeed you are locked out.
3) You can do a "G Key Reset" on your thin clients to factory reset them if it has not been disabled.

I already tried it today, but I can't get to any page other than the license agreement page (your subscription).
Of course, an extension would be great so I could reinstall the system as standard and apply the settings.
How much would a license for 5-10 thin clients with thinOS 9x cost?
