Wyse Device Manager Activation issue

Recently installed WDM 5.7 on a server to begin the setup and deployment of our new thin clients.  Having trouble activating the workgroup edition due to the error 'Another domain is in use for this activated sales'.  This is the first and only time we've tried installing WDM.  I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but I get the same sale and non-activated keys in the console.  What do I need to do to get the software to activate?
