Wyse 3040/3050 - Windows 10 1903 USB Redirection issue

I have a problem with USB port forwarding from WYSE 3040/3050 ThinOS 8.6 to VM with Windows 10 Pro - 1903.
The devices are visible in the WYSE console that they are connected. However, Windows 10 - 1903 cannot see these devices.
If we connect VM with Windows 10 Pro - 1703 everything works fine. We see in Windows 10 - 1703 all devices that are connected to the USB ports on WYSE 3040/3050.
Has anyone had such a case and has a solution to the above problem with the visibility of devices from WYSE on Windows 10 - 1903?
