Windows Drivers for Wyse Cloud Connect CS1A13

I am not able to find drivers for the Dell Wyse Cloud Connect sticks via the Dell support sites. I specifically need drivers for Windows 8 so that I can debug android apps via ADB.

Drivers don't appear to be necessary under OSX, ADB worked just fine once the Android SDK and drivers were installed. Windows is another matter however.
