What is the Mouse queue timer in WMS

We have setup a Windows based RDS deployment with Wyse 3040 terminals. At 2 of the locations that are remote from the corporate office the latency over the vpn is about 25 ms. However at one location we have about 65ms of latency. We've noticed that the mouse seems a bit behind on the RDS session. I found an option called Mouse Queue timer, it was set at 10 and we noticed the recommended time was 20. What does this function do? If the mouse on the screen is ahead of the RDS session do I want a higher or lower number or does this even have anything to do with what I'm after?

Thank you

From the admin guide

MouseQueueTimer — Specifies the default queue timer of a mouse event in an ICA or RDP session (in 1/100 of a second). It can be used to adjust the bandwidth of a network.

I would suggest opening a support ticket to get feedback on the intended tuning of this parameter and where to start.
