Upgraded to 8.6_807 and timezone is incorrect

Upgraded to 8.6_807 and timezone is incorrect - showing 6 hours ahead of CST where we are. From the reference guide I understand some of the syntax may have changed so I am using the following (from page 114 of the guide

TimeServer=ourDCserverIP TimeFormat="12-hour format" DateFormat=mm/dd/yyyy
TimeZone='GMT - 06:00' ManualOverride=No Daylight=Yes Start=030207 End=110107
TimeZoneName=Central DaylightName=Central

I also tried using a generic "time.google.com" as the time server with no luck. The thin client still shows "unspecified" time, it also isn't taking the correct time formatting I am requesting for 12-hr, it still shows 24-hr and two time servers are present when only one is detailed in the global INI file.

Does anyone have 8.6_807 running in CST? Thanks!
